When discussing sex work, there is concern that laws should protect those vulnerable to human trafficking and exploitation. Current legal provisions related to sex work have turned against themselves. Current laws complicate the work of independent, voluntary sex workers and undermine their safety.

There will be an opportunity to sign a citizen initiative for the decriminalization of sex work in 2024.
